Tesla and Israel Canada Group have finalized a 10-year lease to open Tesla’s first flagship showroom in Israel, located at the Midtown Tel Aviv complex. The property is owned by Israel Canada Group, led by Assi Tochmeir and Barak Rosen.
The showroom will be situated at the front of the tower, facing Menachem Begin Road, in Tel Aviv’s bustling business district. With an average rent of approximately 300 NIS per square meter, the commercial space benefits from its proximity to major transportation hubs, including heavy and light rail stations.
