As reported by ‘Sponser’ website, the Israel Canada Group, headed by Barak Rosen and Asaf Touchmair, reported the completion of a deal to purchase the Neve Aviv club for assisted living in Kfar Shmariahu. The Neve Aviv company was fully owned by the seller, ‘Isras Investment Company Ltd’, and Israel Canada purchased the seller’s full rights to the land for a total of NIS 125 million.
Earlier this year, it was announced about the deal and the intention of the Israel Canada company to enter the assisted living sector, upgrade the club, which extends over 8.4 dunams, and work towards its full occupancy.
