As reported by ICE, Israel Canada, under the leadership of Barak Rosen and Asaf Touchmair, presented a record year in terms of sales volume and high stability, an important figure in light of the recent rising interest rates and uncertainty in the economy. At the conclusion of 2022, the company with a 50% jump in the sale of apartments and land amounting to approximately NIS 3 billion, compared to about NIS 2 billion in the corresponding period last year, and with an operating profit that increased by 71% and amounted to approximately NIS 741.5 million.
Barak Rosen, the owner and CEO of Israel Canada, told the media: “Even in this challenging time, we are finishing a record year with sales of over NIS 3 billion, with a net profit of NIS 350 million. The company continues to do significant work in all areas of real estate activities, including the start of marketing the Sde-Dov project and the progress in establishing the Midtown Jerusalem project.”
